Security for your association and members
Account at our partner bank
The deposit is held in an account at Vereinigte Volksbank Raiffeisenbank eG – separate from the assets of landlord and association.
A classic deposit account, not a financial product
No ETF, no securities, no price risk: the deposit sits in an account as a savings deposit. Statutory deposit protection applies up to 100,000 euros per tenant.
Compliant with § 551 BGB
The rent deposit account meets the statutory requirements for investing the deposit insolvency-proof.
No transfer of personal data
Your association does not pass any personal data of its members on to us. Members sign up with heykaution themselves.
